Getting Started
How do I create an account?▼
Click "Get Started" in the top navigation. You can register as a Security Company (Vendor), Business Needing Security (Buyer), or Individual Officer. Email verification is required before you can access the dashboard.
What's the difference between a vendor and a buyer?▼
Vendors are security companies or individual contractors who provide security services. Buyers are businesses, property managers, or individuals who need to hire security professionals. Both sides access the marketplace but have different dashboards and capabilities.
How does the matching process work?▼
Once a buyer posts a job, our system matches them with verified vendors based on location, required credentials, service type, and compliance status. Both parties can review each other before accepting a match.
For Security Companies (Vendors)
How do I upload my credentials?▼
Navigate to Dashboard → Compliance. You can upload your business license, insurance certificates, state security licenses, and other required documents. Our OCR system will automatically extract key details.
How does the compliance verification work?▼
After uploading documents, our team reviews them within 1–3 business days. We cross-reference with state regulatory databases where available. You'll receive a notification once your compliance status is updated.
How do I add officers to my team?▼
In your vendor dashboard, navigate to Officers. You can invite officers by email — they'll create their own account and be linked to your company. You can manage their assignments and track their credentials separately.
How does scheduling work?▼
Once a match is accepted and a contract is signed, you can use the Scheduling section to assign officers to specific shifts. Officers can check in and out via the mobile interface.
For Buyers
How do I post a job?▼
From your dashboard, click "Post a Job." You'll describe your security needs, specify location and schedule, required credentials, and any special requirements. The job will be matched to qualified vendors in your area.
How are vendors matched to my job?▼
Our matching algorithm considers location, compliance status, required certifications, availability, ratings, and service categories. You can review vendor profiles — including their license history and compliance score — before accepting a match.
What happens if there's an incident?▼
All jobs have a built-in incident reporting feature. Officers can file incident reports in real-time. You'll receive a notification and can review the full incident log in your dashboard. All reports are timestamped and preserved.
Credentials & Compliance
What documents do I need to upload?▼
Requirements vary by state and business type. Generally: state security company license, general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and individual officer guard cards. The compliance checklist in your dashboard will show exactly what's required for your states of operation.
How long does verification take?▼
Most document verifications complete within 1–3 business days. State database lookups are often instant. Complex cases or multi-state compliance reviews may take up to 5 business days.
What states are supported?▼
We currently support compliance tracking across all 50 states and DC. Regulatory requirements vary significantly by state — use the compliance checklist in your dashboard for state-specific guidance.
Billing & Payments
What are the pricing tiers?▼

How do I pay for a job?▼
Payments are handled directly between vendors and buyers via invoices generated through the platform. We support ACH, credit card, and wire transfer. Stripe processes payments securely.
How do I get invoiced?▼
Vendors generate invoices from completed jobs within the platform. Buyers receive invoices via email with a secure payment link. All invoices are stored in your dashboard for record-keeping.
