Is there a free trial?
You can create an account and complete your compliance verification for free. Your subscription activates when you place your first bid or post your first invoice.
When should I choose Starter vs Professional?
Starter is ideal if you bill fewer than ~44 invoices per month. Once you regularly exceed that, Professional saves you money and removes per-invoice fees entirely.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time. If you switch to annual billing, the discount applies immediately and your billing cycle resets.
When are invoice fees charged on the Starter plan?
The $2.99 fee is charged when an invoice is generated for a confirmed match — not when you submit a bid. You only pay when you win the work.
What does the $20 buyer match fee cover?
For Individual Buyers (non-security companies), the $20 one-time fee covers identity verification, vetting, and unlocks contact information once a match is confirmed.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Vendor accounts can pause their subscription up to 2 times per year (30-day maximum each). Your profile stays up but you cannot place bids or receive matches while paused.
What is the urgent fee?
Adding $1.99 marks your job as urgent and triggers an immediate mass notification — SMS + push to all qualified vendors and officers in your area, dramatically reducing response time. Available on both plans.
Why $17.76, $177.60, and $1,776?
1776 — the year a small group of operators decided no king got to tell them how to run their business. Same energy.
How does the $5 lead unlock work for schools?
When an interested officer fills out a contact form on your school page, you receive a masked teaser showing their state, the course they're interested in, and the date. You pay $5 to reveal their full name, email, phone, and any note they left. You only pay for leads you want to follow up on. Refunds are not available once contact info is revealed.

No. Featured schools keep 100% of their tuition. The $177.60/month (or $1,776/year) subscription is our only fee. There are no per-enrollment fees, no percentage cuts, and no hidden charges on student payments.
